Nurture 2 Sleep Terms and Conditions

Agreed Terms & Conditions must be received before work can commence.
The services that we provide are not intended to replace or supplement the medical advice of your physician or children’s pediatrician.
You agree that none of the advice that we provide shall be considered medical advice nor should the advice be relied upon as medical advice. Therefore, you should consult with your physician or children’s pediatrician to rule out any potential underlying medical conditions before embarking on a new sleep program.
If a medical problem appears or persists, do not disregard or delay seeking medical advice from your physician or children’s pediatrician. Accordingly, we expressly disclaim any liability, loss, damage, or injury caused by the information provided to the client.
The client agrees not to contact their sleep consultant outside of scheduled meeting times unless undertaking the 2 Week Package which includes additional WhatsApp support (where you can send WhatsApp messages relating to your child and consultants will respond to all WhatsApp communication between 4pm-6pm daily.)
The total cost of the sleep package and/or consultation is required in advance. If payment has not been made in full the consultation will not take place.
The client agrees that it is their responsibility to notify the consultant of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will only be refunded at 50% of the fee. Cancellations prior to 48 hours are entitled to a full
